So I decided I do not drink enough water. The easiest way to add more water into my diet is to quit drinking so much diet soda. I finished my last two diet sodas in the fridge last night and will not be buying more. I will instead drink more water and green tea.
I have also discovered that trying to gain weight while eating good for you foods is pretty dang hard. Getting above 3000 cals on a clean diet is pretty difficult.
I eat fairly low carb, and no, don't think atkins low, think I eat less than what most people in North America eat. I eat plenty of fruit and veggies, probably MORE than the average North American eats, I just don't eat much processed grain. Sure sometimes I will have whole wheat pancakes or oatmeal, but it's maybe 2 or 3 times a week. Typically my diet consists of eggs, cheese, salsa, mixed veggies, tuna, fresh veggies, nuts, whey protein and lean or not so lean meats: beef, ground beef, buffalo, chicken etc.
In the school world I am officially ready to go. I have a locker and I have a part-time job. Bring on the classes.
