Drills at practice
Last nights drills.
A) Flat snap followed by a step to the left with an off body head.
B) Throw a show and laterally move. Alternate who is throwing/moving. Repeat on the way back

A) Flat snap followed by off body leg
Pell Drills I am working on
A) Leg shot, upwards return to a flat snap
B) Punch to off body, move to flat snap, Stepping to rotate around pole
C) Standard 6 drill
D) Flat Snap
E) Double Tap Flat Snap with lateral step
Thoughts on practice last night
I was pretty wiped going in. The hall was very warm as well. I was not at a peek physical space or a peek mental space due to these factors.
Generally the round shield was OK all things given.
Heater shield was ok, but I may be rotating the point to far out, exposing my legs.
Some discussion on planes of attack and stepping past people.
