Home Gym: October 26, 2010

I was supposed to do intervals at the gym this afternoon.  Except I never made it to the gym.  Work got busy yadda yadda,

Put the home gym to use today instead: Circuit style.

5 Rounds
30 turns of the jump rope (Fast)
5 burpees
10 24kg two handed swings
10 TRX Squat to row
10 TRX roll-outs
45 seconds rest

Managed to nail a double under on the jump rope finally.  Then the next round I couldn't get one at all, and then on the final round I was nailing them pretty solid.  Awesome.

I also did a set of 20 push-ups after getting home from work.  Nothing huge, but still happy I can do 20 straight through. (Elbows were out, so they were easy ones)
