Final Day and other musings

So here I am. Friday. August 18th 2006. My final day at the Computer Store. Yep that's it. 4 years of my life done and I move on to the next stage of my life. I am quite excited to say the least.

I have a couple more chores to do here and then I am off! I never have to come back again unless I want to buy something!

In nutrition land, I have managed to eat close to or over 3000 calories since Monday. My macro split has been roughly 50% fat, 10% Carb and 40% Protein. I have at times eaten low carb but I doubt I have done it for this long a stretch, wow a whole week with no oatmeal or cereal of any kind. Pretty crazy. I currently feel no ill effects from eating only 100 or so grams of carbs per day. I am just as strong in both my resistance and aerobic pursuits. I have avoided all diet pop the last couple of days and had cut down a little before that. I managed to cut it out once before for a couple of months and then slipped. I will be more succesful this time.

Workouts have been excellent lately I have been pretty focused on doing the New Rules of Lifting. I have been working hard during the routines and logging pretty diligently. I suspect now during this routine I am working as hard or harder than I ever have before. Sure feels like it anyhow.
