Life goes on

So I didn't get the job. So what? nothing has changed. I still have my current job, I still get paid enough to live. I still have a roof over my head. I didn't get flooded out.

In other news TNT Plan A is going well. I am surviving just fine without processed carbs, no surprise. I am surviving just fine without sugar from fruit or from oatmeal, perhaps a little more surprising. Intervals are just as evil as I remember, but I will do them as well as my other goals, I will give this plan a very fair shake and maybe come out a little leaner and maybe even with a little more muscle.

Not much else going on right now.
