I hit the gym on Friday and I did the New Rules of Lifting break in program A. Now it's the day afterwards. I can tell you that walking, sitting, moving in general sucks. DOMS has set in with a vengenace. At least it's a "good pain", one that makes you feel like you did something.
On the other side of the challenge I started TNT plan A yesterday as well. So far so good. No huge shocks to my system. No cravings over and above wanting to shove crap in my face when I am bored.
