Quick workout.

As I had mentioned last week ended up being pretty busy getting moved to the new house, getting everything organized etc.  I chose not to shoe horn a workout into the day, leaving last week pretty open.

I had planned on setting up and doing Warrior Challenge one again on Monday.  Then I woke up with a huge headache and generally felt like crap.

I woke up Tuesday, I had a dentist appointment, so I though I could get up, kill some time, fit in the Warrior Challenge and then hit the dentist.  Did one round, had no gas and no will to continue.

Excuses upon excuses.

No gym at work today, got in late.

Did manage to get a light workout in this evening.  Small miracles

Tabata Jump Rope, not super intense, but as intense as I can manage without tripping myself too much.
x10 burpees
x10 pushups
x10 TRX rows
x10 TRX chest presses
x5 TRX tricep press

Misc screwing around with the jump rope.

Nothing huge, but better than nothing.
