The day is what you make of it.

Today was kind of a crappy day.  Well it could have been.  For some people it would have been.  It certainly had it's moments.  Despite those moments and some definite negative thoughts about life in general, I had a good day.  I have a job,  I have a roof.  I have some amazing people in my life.

At my lowest.  I got up.  I went for a walk.  I went to Starbucks.  I had a latte.  I decided what I needed to do.  I went back to work re-energized.  I went back to work ready to get some things done.  Most importantly I went back feeling pretty good about life.

Despite this having the potential to be a bad day I also had some work to do.
