Knee Raise: 3x10.
Neutral Grip Lat PD WU 75# x10, 125# 4x8.
Squat WU 45# x10, 135# 3x8 x10 x8.
Stretching: Child 45s, Cat Camel 5s/5s x5, Birddog 5s x5, Pigeon 30s/30s, ham 20s, Child 60s
Seems to only be two of us posting what we are up to for this challenge, so either some people are too busy to post, don't get it or have simply given up already. Hopefully they are just too busy to post.
