Middle of November

I bought a new scale, it reported higher than my dial scale....or maybe I could just read it.  Either way I am donw about 5 lbs since buying it, putting me at about ~240 on Sunday evening (November 11).

Still eating well, aiming for 5 cheat days this month, and am so far 100% on track.

Not drinking as much green tea as I have told myself I would, but haven't eliminated it completely.  Not an everyday thing, but a several times a week thing right now.

Calories are on track.  They end either a little above, or a lot below my goal of ~1900.

I am not eating as many salads as I was, but I am still eating way more raw vegetables, using them as work snack food in the afternoon.

My resistance training has been pretty lack luster.  my left elbow is acting up, making fighting and one handed swings nearly impossible.  I am however able to do two handed swings without issue, so I will start doing more of those.  Put out 60 last night.

I have been in bed 10:30-11 most nights, some nights a little earlier.  Still need to work on that right now.
Not much else happening out this way.
