Monday, 2 down.

First things first.

Scale reported ~8lbs down after eating well for a couple of weeks.  Definetely not 8lbs of fot or 8lbs of muscle, but more likely a loss of some of both combined with my body coming back into equilibrium in terms of water and other factors.

I do think my pants are fitting better today.

Last week I set out some goals to follow for the week with metrics

 
Goals over the last week were good
  •  Drink green tea at least once per day: Missed one day last week
  • Stop buying baked goods: Induldged in junk and was over calories on Sunday 
  • Watch calories: Calories have been tracked for a week, eating a little low and not super happy with my macro, but will get there.  Mostly on track, still some macro issues and a few low days
  • More vegetables: Still did well on this goal last week, eating way more veggies
  • Watch intake after practice: Went to practice without dinner, practice was good, had ~650cals at BP, was well under the calorie goal 
  • Eat out less: Eating out was way down.  Cooked way more.
  • Kettlebell swings 200 swings 3x a week:   Only got in 2x 200 last week.  
  • Continuing on the same goals adding: In bed by 10:30.
