Monday! New week!

Monday!

Hope everyone is planning on having an awesome week and are doing what they need to in order to make it happen.

Weekend was fairly productive.  Saturday more than sunday.  Sunday relieved a few equipment failures and the need for a few more supplies.  No trouble.  Get those today and then back to the project!

Got the lining installed and trim on the new del.  It is gonna be warm, but it is gonna be an awesome del for 12th night.  I can not wait.  Still need to do the arms and hem it, plus add some closing ties on the inside and outside.

Training over the weekend consisted of swings.  I think I got maybe 500 or so in over the weekend, not great, but still easily on track.

But enough about the weekend.  Today is Monday.  A new start.

Got up this morning and did some swings with the 16kg

Off to the gym
Did a modified NROL for abs workout.  I just don't have the time to do the full workouts, but in 30 minutes I got the following done

Mobility Warmup
Thorasic extension & rotation x8
Squat to stand x5
Cross behind lateral lunge x10
Reverse Inchworm x5
Seal jack x10
one leg hop x10
two leg hop x10

Core
1a) Plank 60s 60s
2a) Side Plank 45s 45s

Strength
1a) elevated front leg split squat: 30# x12 35# x12
2a) Invetered row smith elevataion: 6 x12 x10
1b) Romanian deadlift: 90# x12 100# x12
2b) Pushups: x12 x12

All done by 7:15am
