Hit the gym this morning with a pretty mishmash workout. Just wanted to get in and move some weight and burn a few calories.
-Deadlifts WU 66# x10. 176# 5x5/120s. Every second set I did shoulder work 10 of each ITYWs.
-Followed up with Mace swings with 18# body bar. 2x10.
-Followed up with 3 rounds of left handed swings, right handed swings, jump rope, lunges, jerk press, rest. 30s of each, 40# KB on the swings and jerk press. Ended with 3 TGUs per side with the 40#
