30 Days. Day 2, 3 and 4

Barely managed to get something done workout wise.

Got this started at about 11pm.

BWSquats x7
KB Chest press x10@
KB Pullover x10
KB Halo x5@

Part of the aspect of these challenges is the mental knowledge that you have signed up, that you are on board.  That you have promised yourself and others you will get it done.

Today is Day 3.  Attending a fight class with HG Owain and HE Alden.
Tomorrow is Day 4.  Fighting with the above, test of the elbow as well.
